TheOmenDen.StreamPulse.Scripting.Contexts.BitsInMessageContextContext bound to an OnBitsInMessageAttribute handler. Bits is the amount cheered in the message and Message is the message text. A compiled graph's emitted guard fires only at or above the authored minimum-bits threshold.
