Context

TheOmenDen.StreamPulse.Scripting.Contexts.GoalContextContext bound to OnGoalBeginAttribute / OnGoalProgressAttribute / OnGoalEndAttribute handlers: a creator goal's state. IsAchieved and EndedAt are meaningful only on goal end; StartedAt on goal begin.
