Prefer Reply for command responses
Reply in-thread instead of a loose Send Chat Message, so it reads as a direct answer.When a viewer runs a command, answer them directly.
Reply to Chatter threads your response under their message, so it clearly reads as an answer to them. A loose Send Chat Message works too, but in a busy chat it can look like an unrelated announcement.
Use Reply to Chatter for command responses, and save Send Chat Message for broadcasts to the whole channel.
